Day 72
March 20, 2009
I knew this was bound to happen eventually. At this week’s weigh-in the scales showed a weight gain of just over half a pound. While I’d obviously love to continue to see the numbers drop I didn’t really have any emotion about the .6th of a pound. No frustration or disappointment because I knew I’d been on target all week and so whatever gain that registered is nothing more than hormones, water retention or a full moon. I’ll just keep doing what I know to do and the results will follow.

I know how you feel. My famous words at Weight Watchers are “it is what it is”. Although it can be frustrating to gain weight when you’ve done everything right. You have the right attitude. I can sometimes gain 5 pounds after a 20 mile training walk, now that’s frustrating. Take care and keep up the good work.
