It’s been one week and one day since surgery and I’ll admit, it’s been rough going. There’s been a tremendous amount of pain, primarily limited to the tightened stomach muscles, general aches and pains, and overall weakness. Aside from a couple laps… Don’t stop now…keep reading!

The surgeon has prepared me that that despite having  several pounds of fat has removed from my stomach and back on Wednesday and some fat deposits removed from my legs by liposuction I’m going to come home bloated and weighing more temporarily…. Don’t stop now…keep reading!
